Shipping & Refund Policy – Akali Antwerp

At Akali Antwerp, we want our customers to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Shipping & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping

  • We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns as long as a request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.

Not satisfied with your order?

If you are not satisfied, we always try to find a fair solution:

  1. Partial Refund – In some cases, we may offer a partial refund while you keep the product.

  2. Free Return & Full Refund – If a partial refund is not acceptable to you, you may return the product(s) to us free of charge, and we will issue a full refund once the return is received.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Once we have received and inspected the returned items, you will receive your refund within 5 business days.

3. How to Request a Return

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund, at no extra cost to you.
